I had Brad and Daniel from On The Clock Plumbing relocate my water meter, fix a broken pipe and install a new front tap. These 2 guys were on time, prompt and did an amazing job. They were neat, professional and true gentlemen when talking to my wife about what needed doing. Called On The Clock Plumbing after reading all the positive reviews. I needed a trustworthy plumbing company to look after maintenance with some of my rental properties and so far I've had nothing but positive outcomes. Brad and Daniel were completely professional, helpful and excellent workers from start to finish! They diagnosed and fixed the initial problem very efficiently. They explained and provided a detailed quote for a permanent solution. They fitted gas to a room with difficult access and only charged the original very reasonable quote though the job was clearly more difficult than initially thought. They were thoroughly polite, friendly and great to deal with!

The team at On The Clock Plumbing recently assisted in replacing our hot water system over the weekend and we could not be happier with the result. We called the team on Friday afternoon with an urgent request to which they responded swiftly and professionally by answering any questions we had with transparency and provided a quote with full disclosure of how much the job would cost to fix within a few hours of the call. The quote was very reasonable for the amount of work that was to be completed.The plumber Tom arrived on time on Saturday who was very well presented and had an outstanding politeness which is rare amongst busy Sydney-siders nowadays. The job was completed with absolute care and diligence that we had not seen from previous plumbers in which you were able to tell that he was extremely experienced and had an eye for detail- he even swept up afterwards!The workmanship was second to none and we will not hesitate to call On The Clock Plumbing in the future!

Excellent,Brad and Josh turned up on time and completed job with good humour and cheerfulness, overcame difficulties without any stress,I was stressed,they weren’t,kept telling me it’s all good,very reassuring.Brad has been here before to fix leaking taps,no hesitation if he needs to come back.This time had to have sewer pipe relined and new toilet fitted.He and Josh removed tree roots with high pressure water hose then relined pipe,put in new toilet,had to improvise somewhat but they completed job with great success. Brad gave me my pensioner discount,same as last time, very reliable, very friendly,very professional.

Brad came to check our water heater as the water was not getting heated.nFirst and foremost Brad’s call out rate was way less than the first plumber I called. He was clear and upfront on the phone on the amount he would charge and how it would be calculated if further work was required. I liked his approach.nOn arrival, Brad turned out to be a very pleasant young man. Someone you felt you could trust in your home. ( this was the feeling i got).nBrad gave us good advice about the issue. He didn’t charge anything extra for the advice or the time taken. Where as the other plumber told me he would charge for every half hour he spent at my place on top of the call out rate. Compared to this Brad was very fair.nI have heaps of plumber details on magnets on my fridge and water heater. A few random numbers i called went to an answering machine and one was very pricey as mentioned before. Brad answered the phone immediately and talking to him I decided i need not look any further. I am glad i did. His magnet will get top spot on my water heater!! 🙂
